This bulletin board was built to show the benefits of physical activities througout a lifetime. The purpose of this board was to capture the attention of students and to educate the students on the perks of physical activity. It is important to stress physical activity for a LIFETIME, the goal is for students to carry on their knowledge of physical activities into adulthood and recreation.
