Title of Bulletin Board: Jump Rope For Heart

Suggested Grade Level: K-8

Materials: pink bulletin board paper, pink boarder, lights, hearts jumping rope, t-shirt from Americian Heart Assoc., posters from American Heart Assoc., random hearts and pictures of students jumping rope.

Description:

This bulletin board is titled “Jump Rope for Heart". This bulletin board was created to support the American Heart Associations program "Jump Rope for Heart." This bulletin board described healthy benefits of exercise and jumping rope. Examples of this are: Daily exercise makes your muscles work better, daily exercise makes your bones stronger, daily exercise helps build self esteem, etc. I also put up pictures of students jumping rope from last years event.
