Title of Bulletin Board: Fitness Rocks

Category: Fitness

Suggested Grade Level: 3-5

Materials: Pictures of students participating in fitness activities, definitions of the components of fitness

Description:

The purpose of this board was to remind students of the health-related components of fitness as discussed in class, and to demonstrate how fitness is fun.

The younger students used their flexible bodies to create the letters of the title while the older students demonstrated various activities that help develop each component of fitness.
