Description:

Every school year, I focus on goal setting with students. We specifically focus on goal setting during our fitness testing unit. This allows students to set realistic goals for themselves and they are given feedback by me as to whether or not that is challenging enough or too challenging etc. This bulletin board was created to focus on the goal setting process which includes decision making. This bulletin board was placed at the front doors of our school as a reminder everyday to all students to "stay ahead of the game"
