Topic: Pre-Assessing Students Perceptions of PE Class
Purpose of Task: To gain an understanding of what students think and do in their PE classes.
Age: 3rd-5th Grades
Equipment: This assessment sheet (which you can print out from here) and writing utensils for the students.
Time: 10 minutes during their first or second PE class of the year. Could also be given to new students entering your classes.
