Purpose of Activity: The purpose of the cognitive self-assessment is for students to identify the 5 cues that will assist them when juggling.

Suggested Grade Level: K-5

Materials Needed: Juggling Assessment Sheet

Description of Idea

Use this paper and pencil cognitive assessment after you have taught the skill of juggling. For clarity, the assessment may be read to the students.
