PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: Have a Ball This Holiday Season...

Category: Holiday-Christmas/Winter

Suggested Grade Level: K-5

Materials: Green, brown, black, white paper for Christmas ornaments, blue background paper, green/red paper for string on ornaments, black marker, white out, Ellison machine for letters

Description:

This board is perfect to put up in the beginning of December. I made the ornaments look like different sports balls hoping to give the students the idea to get physically active during the month. The title of the board ties in with the time of year.

Additional Information:

I made an ornament templet out of oak tag. I traced the ornament on one peice of paper then cut out 4 at a time. I used orange paper for the basketball, black paper for the bowling ball, light green paper for the tennis ball and so on. I used white out on the bowling ball and tennis ball. I needed one more ball so I made a golf ball by writing the word Titlelist on a white ornament!
