Materials: Construction Paper, Roll Paper, Scissors, Leaf Die-cut

Description:

Influenza becomes a real issue around the Holiday season so it is important to remind your children ways they can promote good health. The top says "Help Keep Hamilton Healthy for the Holidays" and each feather lists a tip for maintaining good health.

Examples:

-washing hands
-eating a variety of foods
-cover your sneeze
-drink lots of water
-dress warm
-8+ hours of sleep per night
-avoid touching eyes, nose, mouth
-exercise regularly
-don't share drinks with others
-manage your stress
-etc.
