i am a Bachelor of Secondary Education college student majoring in MAPEH( music, arts, physical education and health) from
MAnila, Philippines

i would like to add some more tips of what i have learned

1. drink a lot of water, keep yourself hydrated in doing an exercise.
(it is healthier to drink water rather than drinking energy drinks)
2. warm-up and stretching is necessary before and after doing an exercise.
3. thou exercise helps decrease stress, remember not to over exercise because it will cause over-fatigue. consult first your doctor and instructor what exercise is fit for you.

hope this helps.
