Title of Bulletin Board: Don't Trust Your Luck-Make Healthy Choices

Description:

The goal of this bulletin board, titled "Don't Trust Your Luck. Make Healthy Decisions," was to have students in a lifetime fitness class learn about making healthy decisions in their lives. The theme was created around the Saint Patrick's Day holiday. Students names were placed on the gold pieces in the pot of gold following completion of the bulletin board.

The healthy decisions were placed on three leaf clovers by the students and placed in the hallways for students to observe.

1. Do not drink and drive.
2. Take time out for your family.
3. Sleep at least 8 hours a day.
4. Wash your hands often
5. Listen, really, listen.
6. Don't smoke.
7. Do not text or talk on cell phone while driving.
8. Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day.
9. Exercise at least 30 minutes each day.
10. Wear your seat belt every time.
11. Work hard in school everyday.
12. Take time to relax. Don't Stress.
13. Budget your money.
14. Do not drink alcohol or do drugs.
