Title of Bulletin Board: Four Corners of Success

Materials: Ellison machine, construction paper, background paper, star border, stars, qoutes from a book

Description:

This board is used to reinforce the character traits of effort, commitment, discipline, and motivation. We found a quote that focused on each of those words and placed it under the word. As we are teaching the lesson we refer to the qoute that we are focusing for the day. We also challenged our 5th graders to find additional quotes that fit the words!

Additional Information:

These are the quotes we came up with.

Effort: No one knows what you can do until you try.
Commitment: Counting time is not as important as making time count.
Motivation: Give the world the best you have and the best will come back to you.
Discipline: There is no right way to do the wrong thing.
