Title of Bulletin Board: Heart Facts (Heart Adventure Unit)

Materials: Construction paper, stethescopes, heart rate monitors, heart books

Description:

The bulletin board was constructed for the heart adventure unit. During this unit students have the opportunity to travel through the four chambers of the heart.

At the bulletin board, students can read heart facts, check their heart rate, listen to their heart beat, and read books from the school library.

I enjoyed how Mr. Dyke used the combination of children's literature and interactive health activities to create a comprehensive learning experience for his students.
