Description:

This bulletin board shows High School-aged student’s ways in which they can get the same effects of weight lifting by using their own body weight! The Foil on the background replicates the mirrors in a weight room. The foam cut outs on the base represents the interlocking mats on a weight room floor. Since this is for the students to learn from, I included them on the board. They showed proper form of the exercises and I posted their pictures next to the descriptions. Many students do not have access to the typical weights at home. This bulletin board provides them with exercises they can do after school or at home. It is a fun representation of weightlifting that your students can do totally by themselves!
