Description:

This board describes healthy habits through the eyes of a reindeer. Roger Reindeer's Top 5 Healthy Habits are listed for the students to see:

5. I'm a good runner. I was able to run when I was only an hour old.
4. I'm a very good swimmer.
3. I eat plenty of vegetables: grasses, flowering plants, and moss.
2. I take naps to stay well-rested.
1. I always wear my (fur) coat when I go out to play!

Additional Information:

I used laminated photographs of real reindeer (not cartoon) and hot-glued pinecone accents around the bulletin board. The students were amazed to see real reindeer and to see what healthy habits the reindeer have.
