Title of Bulletin Board: How Do You See Yourself Exercising?

Materials: Fun Foam, Border material, 1 inch circular mirrors, various graphics of exercise components

Description:

The board is composed of graphics depicting various components of fitness. The graphics are posted on the board with a small (1-2 inch) round plastic mirror placed where the athlete's head is. This allows the student to view his/her face on that athlete or fitness activity. Additionally, there are folded pieces of fun foam (folded book style) labeled on the cover with the components of fitness. The bookfold is held closed with a piece of velcro tape. The inside has either a written description of the component or a picture example of the component (i.e. for flexibility there is a picture of a gymnast or runner stretching). The board is intended to be interactive for the students.
