Description:

This is a board to expose students to all of the benefits of exercise and physical activity. It teaches them that you don't just get physical benefits and it supports the importance of P.E. in schools.

I found pictures of "The Incredibles" online and paired their pictures with various benefits of exercise. Benefits I used were: helps you sleep, boosts creativity, confidence, and self-esteem, improves memory, improves concentration and focus, builds strong bones and muscles, builds healthy heart and lungs, helps maintain a healthy weight, puts you in a positive mood, grows brain cells, prepares your brain for learning, increases oxygen to the brain, and helps to prevent disease and illness.
