Description:

The purpose of the board was to help inform students of ways to be healthy since that is what they were focusing on for health class throughout the month of September. The board has tips on how to eat healthy, informs students about the importance of breakfast, simplified ways of finding a pulse, exercises to do inside your house in the winter and different ways to do activities in their community such as organized sports or working out with your family.
