Title of Bulletin Board: Hunt Out The Facts (Cell Phone Technology in PE)

Description:

This bulletin board was designed to promote the integration of cell phone technology in physical education, while concurrently developing a comprehensive health educational focus. Using different touring cell phone applications, in this case Mobile Adventure Walks, it's easier than every to create a cooperative learning scavenger hunt for students. The route has been mapped out using a rope and "X's". Since we know that "X" marks the spot, at each stop there is an informational card regarding the health hazards of tobacco use. The health issue can be adapted. The technology is in the hands of almost all students and therefore should be taken advantage of. Also, by incorporating the QR codes students can assess more information about the chosen health topic.
