Materials: 2.5 x 3 ft. color paper - laminated, border, if desires,photo camera, printer, glue gun/tape/velcro to attach board to the wall

Description:

Students are given worksheet with 30 lines for recording homework rope jumping. It includes date, time of jumping, and parent initial block. Students need to practice jumping with a rope for 30 days (not necessarily consecutive days). When they bring the worksheet back, I award them in morning news with a new jump rope, a set of 30 sport beads and cord to make bracelet or necklace and certificate congratulating them to grow a healthy hart. I take their photos and place them on our Wellness Wall. This is a very difficult challenge, so I don't have any deadline. It is year round challenge. The purpose is to motivate students to practice rope jumping.
