Description:

This board was posted to remind students and staff that even through the cold, snowy days of winter, they should still be exercising. We talk about different ways to exercise in the winter versus the warm weather. Students bring in pictures of themselves sledding, skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, etc. Remember, there's sNOw reason not to exercise!
