Title of Bulletin Board: The Heartbeat of Kindness

Category: Wellness

Suggested Grade Level: K-2

Materials: Butcher paper for background, hearts

Description:

To highlight the kindess that takes place at Valley Elementary, we created this bulletin board that is in the main hallway of our school. We covered the background of the bulletin board with regular butcher paper. We used black butcher paper to cut out the EKG line. The hearts were labeled "Kindess means:" and we had students write on the hearts. Photos were added of students, teachers, and parents taken during out Jump Rope for Heart event.

The purpose of this bulletin board was to promote kindness within our school.
