Title of Bulletin Board: 7 Days Without Physical Activity Makes One Weak

Description:

This bulletin board has a week (Sunday-Saturday) from a calendar on it with different balls from different sports (basketballs, volleyballs, golf, etc) on each day. This represents that students should do some sort of physical activity every day. At the top, the board reads: “7 Days Without Physical Activity Makes One Weak.” and under the calendar it says, “You should exercise for 60 minutes every day.” From this board, students should be able to know that they should do some sort of physical activity for at least 60 minutes everyday, identify activities in which he or she enjoys, and pick from a variety of activities covered in class that they can do outside of school.
