Title of Bulletin Board: Throwing & Catching

Suggested Grade Level: K-2

Materials: School mascot, assorted balls, green letters, Velcro, fishing wire

Description:

Purpose: The focus is on throwing and catching with various balls and equipment we use throughout our throwing and catching unit.

This board features our school mascot, Wally Gator. I found a canvas painting of Wally and hung it up beside the bulletin board with Velcro. Then I took balls we use for throwing and catching and hung them on the bulletin board with fishing wire and Velcro. Students love seeing Wally around the school so I incorporated a picture of him with our throwing and catching unit.
