Title of Bulletin Board: Fired Up For Field Day!

Materials: construction paper, tissue paper

Description:

We are generating interest in our upcoming field day. Each class is designing a board or decorating a door to build anticipation and excitement for the big day. The students came up with the slogan and made the different parts of the board in teams to emphasize teamwork and cooperation. They used brown construction paper rolled and stapled to build the torch and stuffed it with red, yellow, and orange tissue paper to represent the flames. The smaller flames made from construction paper list all of the activities the children will be participating in for field day.
