Description:

The purpose of this board is to help motivate students to wear their tennis shoes to PE class. At the end of each month, we look at each classes participation chart for that previous month. Any class with 0 "No tennis shoe marks", receives the Big Shoes award. We take their class picture and post it on the Big Shoe bulletin board. As an extra bonus, I have collected several size 16 shoes. The classes get to have the big shoe in their room for a certain amount of time the following month. Then the shoe is rotated to the another winning class in their same grade level. I have one shoe for each grade level. We also announce the winners on the morning announcements on the 1st day of each month.
