Title of Bulletin Board: Body Tune Up

Description:

This board was created for students to better understand the 5 components of physical fitness. The object of the bulletin board was to help Robby the Robot get a body tune up by using the components of physical fitness. In the tool box (game piece pouch) students would get different tools (a hammer, screw driver, tape measure, etc.) each one of the tools have a different component on it, they were to match the correct tool to the correct definition on the board. The instructional manual (answer key) was folded to create the look of a instructional manual, students would check their answers using this. Any definition of the five components would do. Depending on the grade you might want to make them simpler. They should include muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance, and body composition.
