Title of Bulletin Board: Don't Gobble 'Til You Wobble

Materials: Bulletin Board paper, cut out letters, fall items to decorate scene

Description:

I made the board say "Don't Gobble 'Till You Wobble -- Make Healthy Choices". I fashioned a turkey out of brown paper and made feathers out of colored paper. On each feather I wrote a healthy habit the kids should engage in. (Such as : Limit your intake of desserts, Get plenty of rest, Eat lots of vegetables, Monitor your portion size, Spend time with loved ones, Brush your teeth, Drink lots of water, eat plenty of fruits, Remember to stay active.) I made a Pilgrim hat for his head out of a black kids cup from a restaurant. Under the turkey I made wood/hay with fall leaves weaving through.
