Fall is a great time of the year to do all types of activities and find new foods to enjoy. As a reminder I created this bulletin board for students to see outside of the gym to remind them to not only stay active but to eat healthy as well. Inside of the tree is the food guide pyramid. This demonstrates a variety of ways to demonstrate wellness. The clip art of kids feature them playing a variety of sports such as football, bowling, swimming, archery, jogging etc. to spark interest. The pumpkins and apples are there as a fall healthy snack. Being creative with apples and pumpkins while cooking can be a fun healthy way to snack.
