Title of Bulletin Board: Leap onto the Path of FITNESS!

Category: Fitness

Suggested Grade Level: 3-5

Materials: Boarder, colored paper, construction paper, clipart, colored pictures offline

Description:

The board has a boarder with sports equipment on it. I made a "path" leading diagonally up the paper with the different fitness components displayed in words along with pictures. I did not include body composition because at the elementary level it is not as appropriate to measure compared to MS/HS age.

The main purpose is to enforce the 4 components of fitness and that you need all of them to be physically fit.
