Description:

The Bulletin Board was created for our walking club. Every morning we have a system of counting the miles walked by the students. Instead of just telling the students how many miles we have walked. The bulletin board helps visual learners see how far we have walked over the coarse of the school year. I start from our home town and I use the miles we accumulate to travel to state capitals across the county. Each time we walk enough miles to reach a new capital I use a thumb tack and yarn to chart the path on the map.
