Title of Bulletin Board: Don't Gobble Bad Habits

Materials: Turkey, colored leaves for boarder, unwrapped candy and pictures of unhealthy foods to glue on the leaves, used computer to create the words, pictures of unhealthy foods to place on the turkey's

Description:

This was a creative way to show how eating unhealthy can make you look and feel. I placed a small sheet of paper on the bottom of the board that stated, "HOW TO AVOID THE WOBBLE" I them listed; make healthy snack choices, limit your intake of fats/oils, & be physically active daily. I integrate nutrition during the month of November.

Additional Information:

Make sure you use hard candy with no labels showing on the boarder.
