Bulletin Board Ideas for Physical Education

     

Title of Bulletin Board: Soaring into Spring

Category: Seasons (Fall, Spring, etc.)

Suggested Grade Level: 3-5

Materials: large airplane, table cloth, construction paper, magazine pictures

Description:

I used a white table cloth on the back of the board and cut an airplane from cardboard boxes and stapled blue construction paper behind the plane to give it the 'sky' effect. Around the board I displayed pictures that were cut from magazines; each picture consisting of some sort of 'soaring' or flying activity; swinging, jumping, rides at fairs, etc. To get kids thinking about activities that happen in the spring.

I created this board to help show kids different types of activities that can be done in the spring time as well as hopefully get them excited about going outside again. I also used activities that they could hopefully include a family member or friend with!
