Description:

This was a spin off of the Olympics "Go for the Gold". March 17th we held an event that discussed the importance of eating fruits and veggies. Each clover had a picture of a green fruit or veggie to provide students examples of healthy snacks. A teacher dressed up as a green apple during lunches to see if students "went for the greens" if so, the teacher stamped each child's hand with a green apple to reinforce the good lunch/snack choices.
